Senator Donley requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                                         
HOUSE BILL NO. 389(CRA) "An Act eliminating the delayed repeal                                      
of a provision authorizing an exemption from and deferral of                                        
municipal property taxes on certain types of deteriorated property; and                             
providing for an effective date" be taken up. The bill was before the                               
Senate on reconsideration.                                                                          
                                                                                                    
Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent that                                               
reconsideration on the bill be held to the May 6 calendar. Without                                  
objection, it was so ordered.
